MS. OFFICE 2019 RETAIL VERSION - FULL

Microsoft did not go into extensive specifics about the new features and improvements that we will see in the product, although there is confirmation that Office 2019 will be available publicly in the fall of 2018, and the preliminary version will be available in the spring of 2018 (for insiders). To some, it may seem a little surprising that Microsoft is offering a new Office product. Many assumed that the future is for Office 365, and the company will take away the year from the title. But no, it turns out that there will be another version of Office that you can buy (thankfully).

What we do know is Office 2019 (arriving in the second half of 2018) will include the usual Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook client apps, alongside server versions of Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business. Office 2019 will include more IT features and server upgrades to improve usability, voice, and security, the company said at its Microsoft Ignite conference in Orlando, Florida. Excel users will notice updated formulas and charts, and PowerPoint will get new animation features, such as the morph and zoom animation features that Office 365 customers are currently taking advantage of. The apps will also come with better inking capabilities for mobile devices — such as pressure sensitivity and tilt effects. Pricing has not yet been announced.

Microsoft said previews of its new products will start shipping in the middle of next year. The last major update to the suite was Microsoft Office 2016, which came out in 2015.
