in so many places who offers this program but not much of them really works, for first they have some instructions but unfortunately it is in russian language and also busted by the windows codification so you dont see other than really strange signs that even cant translate

this is fully working, guarantee, prove it on the latest windows 8 x64 also
the file at all has also a hotfix file wich in some cases have to apply if you really cannot make the program work
you dont need to disconect the internet to activate everything i getting done with your connection umplug
if you are a electronic designer you would really enjoy this program because have everything to do from the scratch to the final product including simulation.
